| Delivery and Collection: | Delivery and collection in the city is available at no extra cost during office hours only. This needs to be arranged directly with the renting location. |
| Cross Border Policy: | Vehicles in Los Cabos are not permitted to travel into the US. |

Collision Damage Waiver is available at a cost of $14.99 USD per day plus taxes and fees. Covers damages to the rental unit due to collision or partial and total theft. Customer is responsible up to the cost of the deductible (Consult deductible list). Does not cover negligence nor driving under abuse of drugs or alcohol. |
